We are your specialist in renewable energy in Spain (region Balearics) and The Netherlands.
In the past period we have gained extensive experience in the realization of the most diverse solar panel systems, often simply called PV systems, where PV stands for Photo Voltaic. “Photo” means light and “Volta” stands for electricity.
Our clientele consists of individuals, companies, and farmers and now includes more than 500 PV systems spread across the regions Twente, Salland and the Achterhoek in The Netherlands, which together produce an annual yield of approximately 4,000,000 kWh of renewable energy.
Furthermore we are aware that often it is easier to communicate in your own language, especially with complex installations for your precious property. At ECO Green Balearics we are multilingual, we speak Dutch, English, German and a touch of Spanish!
OUR EXPERIENCED MECHANICS AND HOW WE WORK
ECO Green Balearics has a team of experienced fitters who will install your solar panels professionally. The safety of our people is our top priority. Therefore, in the preliminary phase, we will pay a lot of attention to the situation on site so that we are never faced with unforeseen situations. The connection of the inverter to your meter box, and any adjustments therein, is done by a certified installer with expertise. Often this will also be the person who will explain to you the operation of the system and the operation of the App.
ECO Green Balearics works exclusively with high-quality products from a selected number of established brands; the so-called TIER 1 suppliers.
This allows us to offer our customers excellent warranty conditions. We work with a fixed protocol, in which all steps from the first offer to the delivery of your PV system are recorded.
Our sales advisors supervise the entire process and remain your contact person up to the delivery. After agreement in principle to our quotation, a site visit will be scheduled, where a V-checklist with a number of questions will be completed. Based on this, they will work with you to plan the installation of the panels, placing the inverter, connecting it to your meter box and installing the App on your smartphone or tablet.
MONITORING YOUR SYSTEM
ECO Green Balearics can continue to monitor your system for you even after it has been installed. Because we only work with our own selected brands of inverters, our installers have built up a high level of knowledge of not only the technical aspects but also the software of the inverters we supply. In most cases they are therefore able to solve any malfunction in your system “on-line”. If not, we can always fall back on the importer, with which we have a warm relationship.
